Arrival and Departure
We try to have your booked room ready as soon as possible. You can expect availability at around 3:00pm. On departure day we ask you to vacate the room by 10:00am.
Dogs
Your four-legged friend is very welcome! We charge € 20 per night (without food). We ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed in the restaurant or wellness area.
Smoking
Smoking is not allowed in the rooms or restaurant area.
Deposit and payment methods
To confirm your booking we would like to ask you for a deposit payment of € 100 per adult. You can pay in cash, via bank transfer, with debit card or with Visa/Master/Eurocard.
Cancellation policy
Our cancellation conditions are as follow:
up to 30 days before arrival: free of charge
29 to 15 days before arrival: 50%
from 14 days before arrival: 100%

Additional price information

All our room prices included breakfast buffet, 5 course dinner and usage of the wellness area.

For short stays up until 3 nights we bill a surcharge 15%.

Children can choose their dinner from our children's menu if they stay in their parent's room free of charge. We will have to bill a surcharge if they decide to eat the 5 course dinner depending on the work load required.

We bill a surcharge for the gala dinner on the 24th and 31st of December.

Packages can only be booked at the specified dates and can only be guaranteed if requested in advance. Non-utilised services will not be refunded.

Discounts for children are available after two full-paying guests are billed in a double room or suite.

Packages including ski passes can be adapted for teenagers and children.

Some of the package services offered by the Hotel Glockenstuhl are external services. The Hotel Glockenstuhl only acts as an agent for these services!
