The soul of the house

Andrea
Andrea has been an integral part of our service team since 2022 and enriches the Glockenstuhl as Chef de Rang. With her friendly, open manner and ever-present smile, she manages to make our guests feel at home from the moment they arrive.
Andrea treats everyone with attention and warmth – whether they are guests or colleagues. Her positive attitude, professionalism and keen sense of our guests' wishes make her an important pillar of support in our daily operations. With her on the service team, every visit is a little more relaxed and every day a little more enjoyable.
Roland
Roland has been an important part of our service team as Chef de Rang since 2022 and is also responsible for our bar. With his wealth of experience, calm manner and keen sense of quality, he ensures that our guests feel well looked after at all times.
At the bar, Roland combines expertise with personality. Whether it's a classic drink, a special recommendation or a good conversation – he always puts the guest first. His reliable manner, commitment and passion for service make him a valued point of contact for both our guests and the team.

Lea
Lea joined our service team as a commis de rang in the 2025/26 winter season. With her attentive manner and friendly demeanour, she plays a key role in ensuring that our guests feel completely at home.
Lea works with great dedication and a keen sense of our guests' needs. Her helpfulness, willingness to learn and positive attitude make her a valuable asset in our daily service routine. With her dedication and warmth, she has become an integral part of our team.
Pescho
Pescho has been an integral part of the Glockenstuhl since 2002 and it is impossible to imagine our establishment without him. What once began as a caretaker role has evolved over the years – today, Pescho supports our kitchen team as a commis de cuisine with great dedication and reliability.
With his helpfulness, his knowledge of the establishment and his calm manner, Pescho is a valuable support in our daily operations. Above all, however, he has long been part of the family. His attachment to the Glockenstuhl and to the people who work and stay here makes him a very special part of our team.


Eko
Eko joined our team in 2021 and has taken on several important tasks: as a dishwasher and caretaker, he is always on hand wherever support is needed. With his reliability, dedication and flexibility, he is our real all-rounder in-house.
Eko works behind the scenes to ensure that everything runs smoothly – often unnoticed, but indispensable. His helpfulness and calm, friendly manner make him a valued colleague and an integral part of our Glockenstuhl family.
Melsa
Melsa has been part of our team since 2002 and, as housekeeper, ensures that our guests feel at home from the moment they arrive. With her wealth of experience, diligence and keen eye for detail, she makes sure that every room is inviting, well-maintained and prepared down to the smallest detail.
Her work mostly happens behind the scenes, but it is indispensable for the well-being of our guests. Melsa's reliability, commitment and attachment to the hotel make her a pillar of the Glockenstuhl – and an integral part of our family.

Sladana
Sladana has been part of our team since 2024 and supports our housekeeping department with great dedication. With her friendly manner and helpfulness, she is an asset to colleagues and guests alike.
Sladana works carefully, reliably and always with a smile. Her positive attitude and dedication make her a great support in our daily routine – and a valued member of our Glockenstuhl family.
