Sauna world with character
Warmth, fragrance, salt and soothing silence: our sauna area offers different temperature and experience worlds – for gentle relaxation as well as intense deep heat.
Our saunas:

Bio sauna (approx. 75°C) – mild, pleasant and particularly gentle on the circulation

Finnish sauna (approx. 90°C) – classically hot for true sauna lovers

Brine sauna (clothing required, approx. 70°C) – salty air & warmth, can be used with swimwear

2 infrared chairs – targeted warmth, ideal for the back & regeneration
Balinese relaxation bath
Our stylish swimming pool (approx. 40 m²) is the heart of AlpenZen: pleasantly warm, calmly designed and ideal for unwinding – or for a few active lengths after a day in the mountains.
